How did you unlock this if I may ask.
I have some trouble doing it.

Use UnLock MapSource Directory v2.1 to unlock mapsource.
Copy to default folder and run.

For Windows XP
%APPDATA%\GARMIN\Maps\*.gmap\
or
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps\*.gmap\

For Windows Vista/7
%APPDATA%\GARMIN\Maps\*.gmap\
or
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\GARMIN\Maps\*.gmap\

Weird one. Map is unlocked in mapsorce but wont unlock on my 276c?

I had this problem too - with my Edge 750 - so I re-installed the maps and used the "UnLock MapSource Directory v2.1 (25.04.2011)" (link is above)
- this unlocked fine for Mapsource & Garmin Edge 750
