When I put the map with name "Gmapprom.img" in a micro and change the name in "Gmapsupp.img". When I use go to to use the map I can only see the Thai streetnames en placenames. The language are installed in English (and also in Dutch) Whitch program are You using to change the letters in English ?

You still didn't say what device you are using ?
There is no program to change letters to English these maps are Dual English & Thai.Set your device to British English Text & Keyboard
Map works fine in Thai & English.NOT other languages on nuvi 765
