Ok I am still confused on what I am suppose to do.

I have a Nuvi 255W, how do I get the updated map? I just need Canada. What are the steps?

What are the files for each of these for:
US
Canada & Mexico
3D-gmap3d
North America_DEM
FourSquare
Parkopedia
ASR
JCV
SID
SQLite
National Parks

And what is the "For PC" files for?

A note: there is a difference between the updated map of today vs City Navigator North America NT 2011.1v20.11

City Navigator North America NT 2011.1v20.11 can show mountains, but today's doesn't, is there a reason why?

I know it's not super likely that anyone would be able to help, but I'm trying to figure out if I can get a map upgrade to take on my in-dash Garmin GPS (2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, RHB 430N radio)

I have a copy of the GarminDevice.xml file you get when you prep a USB key for performing the update. I've once managed to get a map update to happen via the gmapsupp.img format, but doing this breaks Junction View functionality.

Anyone willing/able to help me figure out what files/folders are needed for this unit?
