Thanks for uploading these mapsets. I am not sure what the problem was with the first version of this mapset.
Also not sure if the ASR and JCV files for the first version is usable in the second version of this mapset.

If the they are not interchangeable I am looking for the large (850 MB) JCV. In version one it was D3060260A.jcv.
Also looking for the older ASR1 (3790) version (should be one SRX and one ASR file) in version one it was 05ZZYJGG.SRX, 05ZZYJGH.ASR

I'm putting this on the General MC Message Board because it affects all Nav units from 2001-2017. If this isn't the appropriate place, I'm sure one of the Mods will move it.

For those looking to update their Nav mapsets to the latest version, be forewarned that Garmin has pulled 2019.10 since they found a problem with the maps their vendor supplied. The current version has been rolled back to 2018.30. Garmin tech support indicated that they expect the problem to be fixed shortly. There was no explanation of what the problem is.

Unless their developers are really not paying attention, I do not think that 2019.10 will be re-released. The confusion would be horrendous. Expect 2019.11 or the next major version number, 2019.20.

If you have already updated to 2019.10 and your Nav is working correctly, fine. As previously stated, Garmin gave no indication of what the problem is, but it was serious enough to pull the update. If you run into problems, consider rolling back to 2018.30 for the time being.
