thanks for the unlocked file.
Once unziped I got a folder call "City Navigator North America NT 2012.10" that includes folders & files.
I want to use this folder on a SD Card same as the older version (2011.40).
Do I have to rename the folder to gmapsupp.img ??

You must have downloaded the mapsource version of the map. You must have the Garmin MapSource software and use it to make an img version of the map. The img version is the one that you copy to your SD card. Or alternatively, just download the the unlocked img version of this same map on post#2 of this thread.

I do have MapSource installed and I can see the NA map.
From there, how can I make an .img file to transfer to my SD Card?

@HPLou,

Just select (mark/enclose with rectangle) the portion of the map you want to create an img for (you can select all). Then click on [Transfer] menu and choose [Send to device]. You can connect your actual device or an SD card, or you can also select a harddrive. Mapsource would then process the map and create the gmapsupp.img file on the target device (or SD card, or hard drive) you have chosen.

I have nuvi755. How do I update the 3D maps and junction views? Do I just download the D3060020A.JCV LaneAssist (Full) and UnLocked gmap3d.img in the first post?
