Newbie here. Have not done this in a while. Can anyone explain how I can load this map on my SD card and get my Garmin 56 to recognize it.

Please do not use CAPS it is considered shouting.
Download the Maps and unpack and rename D7702070A.img to gmapsupp.img then place it a folder called Map on a FAT 32 formatted SD card .
