It depends on the version you downloaded and the device you have. Without further informations we can't help you.

OK, in this case you'd take CN MENA NT 2014.10-Un.rar from post #2 and copy the *.img (after unpacking rar file) in a folder named Map on µSD card.

In the version I told you is an *.img file - definitely!
And your way to create the map image is a bit unconventionally and not recommended. I doubt that this map will work properly.
If you downloaded the gmap version, it would be much better to create the map image the normal way by using Garmin MapInstall or MapSource.

Quick and easier to unlock it yourself.

1. Download the tool "gimgunlock" from the following link

http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?9369-Garmin-Image-Unlock-gimgunlock&p=74562#post74562

2. Once you get the tool, drag your LOCKED "gmapsupp.img" onto the tool Icon and your "gmapsupp.img" will be modified and become UNLOCKED and ready to use in any GPS or SD.

Thanks huntsman for sharing City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2014.10.
I have Garmin 3750. After downloading and extracting the files, I've placed them on SD card in following folders:
SD:\Map\gmapsupp.img
and
SD:\Garmin\JCV\D3058100A.JCV

The problem is the JCV details are not seen while driving.

Is there any problem with the file placement?
How to make JCV work?

Appreciate any help.
