Well I tried and tried but when MEGA opens there is nothing. Or do I have to register there as well? I am using Chrome.

EDIT: I even registered but after I click on the links you provided it takes me to MEGA and happens nothing. I just see my MEGA desktop.

Yes, now, I can help you.
You must click right button mouse, select 'copy target link', create a new onglet, paste in the new adress bar the link, delete the NaviTotal zone and keep only zone with mega.nz, type 'enter'. So, it works ! It's just when you go with Navitotal link by a left button click, don't work.

Place the .GMAP folder in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\ (note that ProgramData is a hidden folder by default in Windows, so you'll need to unhide it in File Explorer Options).

I have it there, but mapsource doesn't see the map. What am I doing wrong?

Firstly there is a Newer version
new-maps/city-navigator-europe-ntu-2020-fid-8042-t21280.html#p173716

The files cover multiply devices,from old to the latest so no not all are needed.
If you tell us what device in the later thread someone will help you

In Junction View, I have 3 files VLC (?) : D2922290A5212x23).rar, D3049310A(212x234)Realview.rar and D5221160A(353x390).rar

In Map, I have WEU.rar

In SID, I have D3561280A.rar and D5662130.rar

In SQLite, I have D3575280A.rar

All the files are in .rar (?) with VLC....

I don't have gmap3d.img, gmaprrom.img, gmapdem.img, gmapsupp.img

Did you read your private message ?
Are you replacing old Europe maps on the Navigator or adding Europe with a SD card ?
All the files are inside the WinRar compressed format containers,this makes them smaller and quicker to download you will have to unpack them using WinRar
