I downloaded the full version, but I would like to know how to install it on pc, with pc install, but the .msi extension file is not in the download.

Hi You do not need msi you just download and copy the files under the Programdata directory of Garmin maps but you may need to unlock them

I have a old nuvi 1340. i installed Western Europe 19.30 NTU from Firefox58 in the root and works fine.
What JCV Folder I need ?

The rigth JCVs for that Map is JCV Lane Assist Portrait Full, you can find it at Post #5
Nuvì 13xx should use NT Maps, it's not completely compliant with NTU Maps

It seems you are trying to Unlock an already Unlocked gmap folder.
Did you download from my post #5?

I find the problem.
Just remove Read-Only on all files. Then start Unlocker.

In this folder:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps\

I make new one:
City Navigator Europe NTU 2019.30.gmap

inside I copy all files and folders:
CNEuroNTU_2019_30_mdr
Product1
CNEuroNTU_2019_30.mdx
CNEuroNTU_2019_30_trf.trf
I0001EA4.TYP
Info.xml
Info_v2.xml

now MapSource see this map.

This kind of Map has never been released.
Next NT Maps will be 2020.10
