Post 1 has D6210260A(South).rar which contains D6210260A.img
Not critical but here it is.

If your device uses these SVG 480x270 files it was not designed for NTU (Unicode) maps but NT maps

Try arranging the files on your SD card like this
Map/gmapsupp.img
Map/gmapsup1.img
Garmin/JCV/D6136180A.jcv
Garmin/JCV/D6166180A.jcv

It worked. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum.
Your device was not designed to use NTU Unicode maps, the best way to check is to search the garmindevice.xml for the word "unicode" if not found the device is not designed for them.

Use these NT maps for Europe

It's a weird thing, since it's an onboard (uconnect) garmin nav, in a Lancia Thema, that uses 480x270 JCVs, I've been using NT maps with it, but for obvious reasons, many characters aren't displayed correctly, using NTU fixes it, that's why I hoped that the same JCVs are available with NTU.

Ah well, I'll revert to NT then.

I'm not familiar with uconnect devices but did you try the Photoreal JCV, they are SVG Junction View 212x234 maybe the display will stretch the images. NTU maps where designed to help with Unicode characters.

212x234 worked, but it was stretched out very bad. I think I can live without the őű characters, so when the next NT will be released, I'll be switching back. (Weird, since I'm 99% sure, that the factory map was NTU on it.)

Hi, I downloaded all three files with the maps. Now I have under the three Dirs "Unlocked IMG/ gmap3d.img, North/gmapsupp.img and South/gmapsupp.img. How should I put them on the SD card? Can't I put them so separate? How do I make them become a single unit? I have the device Kenwood type DNX716WDABS, with mounted the Garmin Europa. Thank you in advance for your reply.
