If you don't have time, you must buy the map at a local reseller, because even directly with Garmin lasts download several hours :liar:.

Or use torrent, where you get the download in one part.

The other way is to use a download manager like JDownloader, then this tool downloads for you all parts automaticly. With this links JDownloader works properly:

By the way: ***.gmap is not only one file, it's a folder with hundreds of subfolders and files

Which JCV is the right one on my Garmin nuvi 1390? The D2504090A.JCV or D3084060A.JCV?

With Lifetime Update for nuvi 1390 comes D3084060A.JCV but if you have enough space the other version will working too.

Yes I think so - there are no special maps for truck devices.
