Garmin City Navigator Australia and New Zealand NT 2013.40 Mapsource Unlocked


Install the package with the CNNZAUNAVNT2013_40Update.msi file, the setup will install BaseCamp and MapInstall too: replace the original exes with the patched ones.

Maps are already unlocked.

Complete unlocked IMG map included.
Unlocked 3D Buildings file included.
Junction View (JCV) files included.
ASR, SQLite (DB) and G2S file included.

Mapsource v6.16.3 original installer included.
Mapsource v6.16.3 patched exe included.
BaseCamp v4.0.5 patched exe included.
MapInstall v4.0.3 patched exe included.

Complete unlocked IMG map can be viewed on the PC, copy it on an USB drive (Garmin folder) and start BaseCamp.

I have copied the following file to the SD card

The POI is latest Garmin Cyclops™ Safety Cameras - EU / AU / NA /ZA /RU and I have saved the unlocked file as POI.gpi

I have noticed there are no speed cam alerts and the option for custom POI is not in the GPS and the only option is Garmin Safety Camera, which if selected takes the GPS into a reboot cycle.

Has anyone noticed the same issue ????

What device do you have?
AFAIK the folders/files SID, ASR, G2S and SQlite don't work from SD card.
Cyclops Safety Cameras are not supported by all devices. Generally they are not shown as POI in menu.

I have a Kenwood DNX7360 in-car system GPS.

The POI was working till 2013.30 release, where I created a POI folder and copied the unlocked POI file and under Nav > settings > Proximity Alerts > I had two options > Garmin PoI & Custom PoI.

I used to choose Custom PoI and that was working, since I copied the 2013.40, I don't have the Custom PoI option - its gone.

Even if SID, ASR, G2S & SQlite don't work, I have just copied them. But the Customer PoI option is gone and I can't have updated PoI files anymore....

anyone else experienced the same ???
