Sorry for the delay, I was also scouring the internet to find this myself and once I finally did my first thought was ÖK, lets repost this right away so that hopefully the next guy dosen't have to spend literal hours looking for the thing. It drives me nuts that there isn't a little more unified and resiliant way to host this stuff, and it has nothing to do with DMCA stuff... or at least thats not a very good excuse. A bazillion other DDL forums have no issues, I think we just need to organize ourselves a little better. I mean the ONLY thing you are reliably gaurenteed to find is the latest City Navigator NT... anything else is a roll of the dice and crossing your fingers that a guy like myself sees your request and that a guy like you sees mine. Theres GOT to be a better way.
