Hi,

I have a 721xs which is a legacy GPSmap. It has got firmware 6.80. The latest from 2019.
If I understand correctly, these do not yet have the new protection scheme?
I could unlock some maps from here with gimunlock successfully, but those were g2 from 2016 or earlier.
Tried it with a G3 from 2022 and it doesn't work. Tool says unlocked but device says cannot unlock.
How can I unlock them?

Thanks for new link, but these .img files are locked and gimgunlock-0.04 does not unlock.

Hello, yes also downloaded img files from reupload, only HXEU718A HXEU718B, and GMAPSUPP img files. Even through unlocking map doesn't seem to work

The maps are already unlocked and don't need gimgunlock-0.04.

It is not fully unlocked.

If this map will work with my 276cx, please can you tell me how I can copy this map to my device?

For me it will be enough only Adriatic see maps (G2 or G3 without Vision)
