Garmin City Navigator Australia and New Zealand NT 2013.20 Mapsource Unlocked


Install the package with the CNNZAUNAVNT2013_20Update.msi file, the setup will install BaseCamp and MapInstall too: replace the original exes with the patched ones.

Maps are already unlocked.

Complete unlocked IMG map included.
Unlocked 3D Buildings file included.
Junction View (JCV) file included.
ASR, G2S, DB file included.

Mapsource v6.16.3 original installer included.
Mapsource v6.16.3 patched exe included.
BaseCamp v3.3.3.0 patched exe included.
MapInstall v4.0.1 patched exe included.

Complete unlocked IMG map can be viewed on the PC, copy it on an USB drive (Garmin folder) and start BaseCamp.

I have got the file and have copied them to the following to the SD card
Garmin

>> 045H7TVK.SRX
>> 045H7TVL.ASR

do I not need to have gmapbmap.img file ??

Got them working, I guess 3D is only available in Sydney CBD, was in the city and 3D showed up

Junction view works very well too,

ASR & DB do not work, I don't get any traffic info

Hi there
I'm about to update my old maps ( CN Aus & NZ NT 2010.10 ) on Garmin nuvi 255,Software Version 7.10
i never made an upgrade for Garmin, only TomTom ans iGo stuff, what is my exact steps please
I already backed up an old Garmin's content. And another question - Torrent link is about to download 693.Mb and other two links only half of it - what should i need. Thanks in advance

What you need is the unlocked image version. You'd best take unlock img from post #1 (mirrorcreator). I recommend the zippyshare link, because it's fast and uncomplicated.
You should test image at first on a SD card in your device (gmapsupp.img in folder Garmin) and if it works properly, you can replace the gmapprom.img in internal memory with the new gmapsupp.img.

Before you answered me i already downloaded torrent package of 693Mb, i don't have a SD card on this device ( it's friend of mine - maybe he took it of ), anyway i did the second part that you told me
"you can replace the gmapprom.img in internal memory with the new gmapsupp.img". Simulation looks ok. Will try it over the weekend. Thanks again. Can you tell me please what about the rest folders in this big torrent package

MapSource, BaseCamp, MapInstall are programs for PC. You can't install them on your device.
ASR, JCV, 3D, G2S... are only addons für new Garmin devices, they don't work on your nuvi.

Device software you have to update with Garmin WebUpdater. You can download it at garmin.com for free.

Thanks a lot, really helpful. I put a new unlocked "UNL_safety_camera_Australia.gpi" into POI folder - should i remove 2 old files "006D135900.gpi" and "AustraliaCyclopsSample.gpi" that already been there ? And should i patch it with "CyclopsPatch" ?

I don't know what is "006D135900.gpi" - only your self can find out what it is, but *sample.gpi files you can delete safely.

If you use UNL-* files you needn't unlock with CyclopsPatch because it's already unlocked.
