Download gmapsupp and place in Garmin folder on FAT 32 formatted SD card.

As it's impossible to download the map from Garmin without being subject to illegal tax payment I will need to find somewhere to download the file..
(They demand that I pay 1299 NOK until I get to the payment, it says 169 USD that equals to 1711 NOK.. They also charge VAT which is illegal to charge me as I live on Svalbard)

So, I need the Topo Norway Experience v4, just the map file.. No need for it to be unlocked.

Garmin Norway [Please Register or Login to download file] in Krone on check-out shows kr 1299 includes VAT (as all retail prices do)as long as your address registered with Garmin is in Norway.

I'm in Norway but Garmin doesn't follow current laws regarding VAT, they also charge me more than I should pay.. So I will try to find a copy somewhere else.
Topo Explorer Svalbard is what I'm using today, but the Topo Norway Experience v4 is newer and most likely has newer data also for Svalbard even if it's impossible to have anything confirmed by Garmin (What a **** company..)
