No need to unlock Navman S-series (S30 example)

got it " Storage card " has to have the exact name as the name of the memory card ! right?

and what files do i leave in the gps unit?

Open the igo8 folder
Copy the entire content folder to the SD card
Verify it's copied correctly
Delete the original content folder
Find the file sys.txt and open it with notepad on your pc
Add this to it...

[folders]
content="\Storage Card\content"

If there is a [folders] section already add the bottom line only to it.
Save file

IT WORKED !!! PERFEECTLY !! now the only thing i need is the lang files and the voice files for pna.

I tried to update the maps on the sd card an even if i have only one small map i get " OUT OF MEMORY REQUESTED 4080 CACHE 0
ANY IDEEA ?? i tried everything but nothing


Fron the crash text i get this :
" WinCE CallStack snapshot (function names unknown - map file \My Flash Disk\Program Files\Navman\SmartST_CE\SmartST_CE.map not found)

The map not found error is a debugging tool for the developers and is not relevant here.

The navman s30 only has 32mb of memory so only a minimal version of iGO8 will work.

That's not any version of primo, or iGO 8 with any enhancements like TTS, building files, landmarks, dem files etc. If the TTS engine and files are present then remove them, remove speedcams for the initial boot. Delete the save directory and try again...

ok i did that and it works but now every time i try to upload the speedcams i get the error out of memoy ( but only for the speedcams )
