I would like to ask you how to make navitel detect traffic cams here in the philippines. i have the latest map and navitel 9.0 Thanks.

@ martinkua27, in my understanding, the application, navitel, do not detect the traffic cams. Rather, the coordinates of the traffic cams (in text format) are part of the content of the application such that when the application (when in operation) detects that the car is approaching the traffic camera location, an alarm will be generated by the system.
