TT GO730, boot 5.5229, NC SE 9051, Map 890.4222

I upgraded my NC to 9.051 because my 9004 would not work the new 890 maps.
To prevent TT Home from downloading & installing Navcore 9.430, I opened the "ttgo.bif" and renamed the application version number to 9430 and application version to 890926.1 as I had in the previous 9004 version.
I then saved it as "ttgo.bak" and rebooted as stand alone.
Now all I have is the "ttgo.bak" file and NO "ttgo.bif" as I got before upgrading to 9051.

Anyone any ideas as to why ???

Why not use the official 9.430?
The ttgo.bif is generated at start up.

I fixed it by copying the "ttgo.bif" from my old 9004 and rebooting, this then re-wrote the file to match the new NC and map, then changed version number to 9430, now all works OK with TT Home.
