The universal navcore installer link does not work anymore.

I managed to solve my situation using your other post http://www.navitotal.com/navcores-9-for-tomtom-devices-f124/navcore-510-t12861.html for a TT XL
But perhaps for future less techically inclined users, if you can reupload a working link :)

have tried to download the file for three days but the link always link to other JUNK website.
there are so many people complained about this problem but seems no one care?
