:scratch_one-s_head_Have tried using the download link which is supposed to be for 865 postcodes and this link only takes me to a Tomtom search page. Could someone please check this link.

I don't know what link you used, but this is the correct & tested one: Postcode v865

Yep, that's the correct page. You are not doing anything wrong, except not looking. It's all right there.
