Works now on Go-730T... I understood where I did wrong:

only PNDNavigator needs to be patched and ttsystem remains untouched

Thanks+++

Yes that is what the readme file said.

! The yDGpatch application is for standard and not for SE patching!
It does not give 'Special Features' to devices that is in SE versions.

HOW TO - Simply navigate to the required TTSystem or PNDNavigator file and apply.

IMPORTANT - If you have a PNDNavigator file, patch it - not the TTSystem file.

how can you seperate for patching, with which app? Because when i use fast activate doesn't give to me any option.

That is correct FastAktivate automatic choose the right file.

Some people have reported that they needed to download QuickGPSfix before any satellites could be captured. However on 7 April I routinely did all the recommended updates called for in TTHome (except the recommended upgrade to 9.541) and that included a QuickGPSfix update. No issue there.

Subsequent experience shows that after a QuickGPSfix download, satellites are captured(fixed) as heretofore. A few days later (can be as litte as six I found) no satellite fixes are found, and it's necessary to do a QuickGPSfix again to restore normal service. (QuickGPSfix is supposed to cover 7-days operation, but I don't know how frequently it is updated).

PS This should really have been posted in another thread - 'navcore 9.541' or one to do with the WNRO problem perhaps. Since multi=thread posting is frowned-upon, maybe one of the moderators can move it..?

Hi,

I would like to stay with navecore 9.401 on a XXL IQ Routes, because that one is working fine (in France  ) with this device.
If i have correctly understood, there is kind of reference date or week that is hardcoded in the navecore, could there be a way to patch it as well ? Else i think this device place will be the trash :(

Thanks.

I installed 9.541 on my Go 750 Live, it’s working but I am a little disappointed about the possible features. I lost the Demo, I can’t change the taskbar. Is there a better navcore?

No you have the latest navcore for the 750
Off course you have a demo so start learning how this official navcore works
before you mentioned something
If you make a route from A to B then on the screen left under details.
Klick on details and you see the demo icon.

preference 4 of 7 you see status bar preferences

Hi,
After having the WNRO bug affect my 910's and the need to regularly remember to apply the latest QuickGPSfix I decided to take the plunge.
I've now running Navcore v9.541 SE (x40 emulation) on my Go 910's and it's running really well... having the remote still working is great.
However I'm struggling the get the RDS-TMC working without using the reduced feature x40light version.
It there a way around this problem?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks :039:

I can confirm that my TomTom XXL540 device works well with the latest Navcore v9.541. Quickfixgps works, time issues are no longer a problem.

Thanks for the help frederf and holyhead

Hi...
I thought the TomTom 910 could only run the SE version?
I may be missing something or just being a bit dumb, but how do I get the official Navcore running on the 910?

The same way you installed the SE version...

1. Backup your current setup in Windows Explorer
2. Delete the contents of your device and extract the new navcore to it
3. Extract the map to the root & activate it remembering to patch the new navcore as well
4. Restore any voices etc from your backup

I'm sorry to sound so dim, but my 910 does nothing if the official 9.541 Navcore is installed.
I have several 910's and have run several emus over the years but never successfully an official Navcore as they just hang.
Using the originally created ttgo.bif to allow patching makes no difference... nothing but the splash screen appears the then they just hang.

if i installed 9.541 navcore ill lose all truck attributes
ive swopped over glgps from 9.541 onto 530 ,working at moment
anyone found a better solution
