I've seen that go has more files + ASR.

Can it hurt to install the go version on a TT XXL ?
Or is that useless not working ?

To use ASR your device needs a microphone...an XXL hasn't got one but a Go has

I have installed Navcore V9.541 successfully on my XXL but unfortunately patched maps no longer appear to work. I ran FastActivate and it advised that the Navcore was already patched so I have had to revert to V9.540 :022:

Can anyone confirm that they have actually patched V9.541 successfully?

Thanks!

Some people have no problems but others have had the same thing happen as you and they fixed it by wiping the device and starting from scratch

Either way, patched maps WILL work on NC 9.541

Is there anyway to confirm that the Navcore has actually been patched? I don't see the file date or file size change but I'm guessing if it did it would cause other issues.

No, there's no easy way to check if the navcore has been patched but see my post about clear flash etc here:

That only tells you what navcore you're running (which you should already know) but won't tell you if it's patched. Easiest way is to activate a small map that has a meta and as long as you can open that map and don't see "No maps found" then you're good to go

Hello, I have a question about the rider navcore 9.510, I put it on a Go 720, will this one be working after the week number roll over?
There is no new rider navcore made with 9.541 I think?
Will it be of any use if I upgrade the bootloader instead?

How I did a succesfull update:
Connected a Go 730 to the computer with a blanc SD Card, activated Tomtom Home (2.11.6.125),
let Tomtom Home do his thing on the SD Card, meaning
that TT Home putted Navcore 9.541on the external card.
Once that was done, I added Fastactivate.
Clicked number 3 (patch navcore) and after as few seconds: ..... Navcore patched.
ONLY the TTsystem file is patched because there is NO PDNNavigator file (on the GO 730)
Then added a map with all Safety Cams and other POI (in my case map Western Europe 1025.****),
added also SplashW, AntitheftW and suspendW and a few new cars in ART.
disconnected from the computer and powered ON the Go 730:
Message in RED " You can not use ......."
Turned the Go730 OFF, connected it again to the computer, turned it ON
Message: Connect to computer "YES".
Open SD card map
Double click FASTActivate and choose point 2 (Patch maps, etc),
quit FASTActivate,
disconnected from computer ....
I turned it ON and .......
Everything works PERFECT with (patched) Navcore 9541 !!! :038: :038: :038:
:023:
Note: Once you have a patched navcore, it can be used on all other GPS devices.
NO need anymore tho re-patch it !!
Just don't forget to patch your MAP each time you use another device.
**
Some reflection:
Maybe it is a good idea to put a PATCHED Navcore 9.541 on this site for download.
