v9 navcores do not work correctly or easily on small screen devices this is why i said stay with what you had also 850 maps will work for you but depending on if the country you want is released yet, you can check the map chart for map/navcore compatibility ;)

no need to try a few just find the map you want and check compatibillity with the navcore i reccomend 8.412

right here goes. having problems now lol.
installed navcore 8.412 all worked well with an old map
tried it with Western & Central Europe 2GB 850.2834 [1.70GB] but cannot seem to get it to work?
thought this map would work with it.
if someone could help silly me to find right map as brain now pickled that would be great.
uk and europe map would be best as i am planning heading to europe on the bike at some point this year.
many thanx to anyone that can help

Ok that map is compatible with your navcore 8.412, have you patchd your ttsystem or are u using a SE version and have you got a file with the extension .dct in your map folder ;)

You should be looking for a .dct file, not .dlc, which was a typo error in earlier posts.

ok well download keygen 4.1D from my sig along with tendrivers meta.txt in the same topic and connect device to pc and in the keygen choose "Make map keys" > "Create DCT" this will create the .dct file needed ;)
