Make a hard reset (hold reset for 30+ sec) , than with the TT still off, connect to the PC and start Home.
Now turn on the TT - it should connect straight to Home.
Klick on update my device and and redo the last two steps until you got the 8.351 installed by Home.
After that report back please.

You need a patched Navcore and activated map.
What I meant with the 8.351 was to check if you still have problems with the TMC, you can check that with any old map of your region.
If the TMC works correctly you know the TMC receiver itself is working.
Than it is only finding a suitable Navcore if you need a V9 or the replacing of the TMC files in the 9.026 you used before.
But there should be no TMC problem if all is installed correctly.

Search for all files with "rds" and/or "tmc" in the filename (except in the map folder) - save these files to your PC.
Overwrite your existing Navcore with the Navcore of your choice and after that overwrite the files with the ones you saved to your PC.
After that the TMC should work as normal with the new Navcore.
