It`s possible to install TomTom in Chinese WinCe Autoradio?

I have a autoradio with WinCe 6 . It`s a T100G.
It`s possible intall TomTom in that?

As pda/pna works with wince and from what I read it is possible to install Tomtom, I thought it was also possible on car radios.

From what you say it is not possible, however there are many cars on the market,
for example Renault that use TomTom on their radios and as far as I know, some use WinCe.
