but the resolution is very bad.

Could you give me a link for a better version of primo who should Works better than this version.

Yes.

I've tested the: iGO Primo 2.4 9.6.13.405512 (June 2014) and it works fine on the mio moov s305.

Screen resolution 320x240 is fine.
