thenoise wrote:Can you help me chas? I installed your unlock, but when i want to launch Navi app, it wont start.

On my SD card i have only Primo folder, and i renamed it to Primo2, as you said, also i renamed igo8.exe to primo2.exe.

Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance...

How did you install my unlock? It works just fine on my C320. I use Primo 1.1 and changed the folder name and the .exe so it would work with 2.0 as well.

EDIT: Wait a minute! What program are you using? IGO8 or Primo? Exe in iGO8 is igo8.exe while Primo [before 1.2] is Primo.exe.

After few tryouts, i finally manage to make it work. I deleted everything from internal and external drive, and follwed your instructions.
Now, everything working like a swiss clock :)

Chase, thank you for the help!

Can someone help me with this I've installed iGo Primo 2.4 for my Mio C520. After the unlock as described in post 1. I am not able to open iGo Primo 2.4 from the button in the menu. Also is their a way to remove all other unused navigation titles, because I want directly use the Primo Nav when I click on the button from the start screen ?

You will need to setup the buttons so it points to the primo executable...

Obviously the unlock is expecting to find iGO in a certain location, and primo 2.4 is not there.

This is the best unlock there is anywhere. I did this with xtyler92 - the king of unlockers.

Because it belongs to someone else I'm actually a noob in using Mio. So you need basically unlock the device to use it with other navigation software ? Without unlocking you are not able to use different software ? The device has 64 mb ram is it actually enough to use it with iGO Primo 2.4 9.6.13.267029 I've installed this version into the SD card. Which features should I avoid in case it wil slow down the device like 3D Buildings, Dem etc ? Will things like TTS and TMC work ?

Where do you live? Primo 2.4 actually requires 128MB RAM to work 100%. My device has only 64MB so I kinda minimized the contents. Answer where you live and we'll go from there.

The Netherlands. It was already laggy when I started it up the first time I needed to reboot it a couple times to get it actually work.
