Best way to Unlock Mio Moov 300 in 2014

Can someone please give me some instructions on the best way to unlock a Mio Moov 300 and be able to install another navigation software iGO or better with 2014 Australian maps?

Or for an alternative unlock, with a bit more work involved, look at Dalanik's Visual Unlock...
