what type CD do you recommend to use for burning and does it matter if you are using a PC or MAC?

Yikes...I'm new to all of this stuff so if you don't mind I have another question? I went out and purchased the Verbatim DVD+R DL disc and have downloaded all of your .rar files. Do I have to convert them to like (.iso) or just burn them as they are onto the disc?
cheers...from the newbie :)

all the files unpack to an iso file. the sfv file is to check the integrity of the dl files. if they pass sfv then the crc are good on them. use winrar to convert the rar files to 1 iso file

Thx Yikes !!
For all of you MAC users I used SimplyRAR (freeware) to collapse all of the .rar files into 1 .iso and then used the Disk Utility in MAC OIS to burn the disk....everything worked like a charm !! BTW I used a Verbatim DVD+R DL disk !
