I pulled the navigation module (BE M013) out of the car. I connected the module with a usb cable to the computer to the program Becker Content Manager. The program has updated the firmware of the module. After inserting the module into the car, navigation starts and hangs on the Becker logo. The module is visible on the computer as a disk, it can write and read files. The module reset button does not help. The module's battery is slightly swollen.
Please help me on how to start the navigation.
