To patch a map with FastActivate 17.02.2013 in the map folder, the steps are a bit different. Put a copy of your ttgo.bif file & FastActive in the map folder.
NOW update the meta.txt file, if required, so that the updated meta.txt file is also in the map folder.
Then patch your map.
