TomTom XL2 IQ Routes Edition

Hello everyone. I would like to update to my device the newest Eastern Europe map. My ApplicationVersionVersionNumber is 9510.
So my question is can somebody teach me or show me the way how I could have the newest map in my TomTom. Thanks in advance

Welcome to Navitotal.
Download & unzip EE 950.6493.
Download & unzip: FastActivate
Remove your current map.
Copy in your new map.
Run FastActivate option 2 to patch the map & option 3 to patch the navcore.
Disconnect & reboot. DONE!!
