Hi guys,

Can some on help me please, i have a TT GO 720 i have updated to 920 maps and it is working great!!! but i cant get the speed cams to work.

I have copied the AU OV2 and OV2.ver files to /maps (there was a tvl file in there as well)
I have then re run FastActivate (as admin) trying step 2, then step 1-3
I have also renamed the other file in /maps and tried activating and still no luck

Can anyone tell me where i have gone wrong please???

The cams are activated if a .dct file is created, since they never change you can simply use the DCT file from an older backup of yours.
The meta for the files is included in FastActivate, so that only leaves user error - you did not change the original filenames?

this is the first time i have updated maps so i wont have a dct file will i???? i think i did buy cams from tomtom and many years ago. there are lots of dct files in my backups such as Safety_Camera_Australia.ov2.dct.
How am i traveling?? am i close??

Pretty simply, if the DCT has the same name as your cam file you have a match...

hi i think im almost there... the cams ov2 file appears when i do the patch but no cameras appear when i do a route demo. Am i missing anything now??

Not sure, if a DCT is created and you can do the settings for the cam warnings all is working.
Maybe there are no cams on your demo route? (inside the cam file)
Try a route with some old and long existing cams.

i fixed it!!! nwhen i read the instructions, I placed the files in the "maps" folder on my device... not the folder with the actual maps... sorry im just a newbie to this!!!!
