1. I have no idea what you installed with "setup.exe", unless it was a download manager. Whatever it was, it has no direct connection with the maps. I would uninstall it ASAP!!
2. I'm getting the same on several different maps.
3. You are doing nothing wrong. I'm not sure what is going on. Members have been complaining about no free map link slots all day.

what are those links ... 48 files of 3 Mb each ? each one is to download from a provider which is only allowing to DL 1 file per 180 minutes ... 180 x 48 = 144 hours for a 144 mb file
