TomTom 7.910 doesn't find map [Solved]

Tue Nov 25, 2014 2:04 pm

Hello.

I am sorry to bother you with such a question but I have to get TomTom up and running in few hours and I can't figure out why it doesn't work.
I have copied TomTom with navicore 7.910 onto SD card along with map Europe 935.5745.

I also have used Albert's Easy Activator which successfully patched maps. The second map I have on card is Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845.2666.
Unfortunately the first one (Europe 935.5745) isn't found by TomTom.

According to charts online this map is compatible with this version of TomTom.

Can anyone help me or give me hints about source of this problem?

Best regards,
revorm.

A 935.5745 is indeed compatible with a navcore 7.9. So there must be another reason.

1) is your map complete? Are all the files in it?
2) check if the files are not in a submap. If you open your countrymap, you must see your files, not another map.
3) check the name of the map. No punctuations are allowed, only letters and numbers. And " _ ".

Welcome to Navitotal!!

Confirm that the Europe 935.5745 map is patched is by looking for a .meta.dct file in the Europe 935.5745 map folder. If no meta.dct file, put FastActivate.exe & a copy of your ttgo.bif file in the folder. Run option 2.
Also confirm that the 7.910 navcore is patched.
