I don't think that map exists. You will need to work out what countries you want covered and see what other options you have. e.g. Western Europe etc.

if there is a new one 915 example ,you see it in Maps and Meta.

Just use my 2GB Truck map and you got all of EU.
And it will fit on a 2GB device.
