I have not seen NA maps in quite a long time... Anyone know why?

North America has been renamed to USA and Canada.

The smartest way to find them would be to look in the right section and NOT to post a request in the wrong forum section altogether.

With all due respect downunder, when you would have noticed it in WRONG forum, it would have been just as proper to lead me to the right direct by posting the link but that might be too difficult and easier to nag.
