need help with tomtom start

hi guys,
i have tt start here is its details

DeviceVersionHW=START

how to update it coz its very strange. coz when i open the tomtom its give me shortcut of tomtom(2GB) like this folder.

acutlly when i open the tomtom device as on my sistem its k:. so in that folder instead of all folders i see only one shortcut of tomtom K: and in this shortcut are the all folders

Sound to me like a copy and paste action went wrong, creating a shortcut instead of a real copy.

it appears that your computer is setup to open Windows Explorer to your TT drive. If so, then it is a computer issue & not a TT issue.

No matter you interpret your file explorer window, a shortcut can't contain folders so it seems you can go ahead and update your device.
