need help to update map on go 630

first of sorry for my bad english.
i m getting a probleme to update map on go 630 i downloaded western-europ 900.4602 but when i switch on the gps i get the message that i cant use it on the device how can i solve this probleme

i must be sorry because i forget to fast activate,as the gps is my father in law one and he never updat it

Forgetting to FastActivate is not your problem!!

hi can you tell me how to update when the map is in 2 parts one is a rar and the other is an exe any help appreciated

No one posts maps as EXE files unless they are an installer, and usually there are instructions with the download.
Since you provide no info at all, we can't help ;)
