Map France + Iberia

Thu Apr 11, 2013 1:03 pm

Hello

I just uninstall the card from my Europe_West 905.4757 TT XL v9. I replace the card that France 905.4799 ALG option. I added the map Iberia_905.4799 but my TT will not recognize the card Iberia. Why?

I must say that I have in my TT 2 files. One for France and one for Iberia. Is this normal? How do I do?

Thank you for all the pain you give to me.

The translator you use is no good ;)
Make sure to use the latest version of FastActivate.

1. Did you select FastActivate menu option 1 to update the intergrated meta.txt file before you patched the maps? Did you confirm that the Iberia map folder had a .meta.dct file in it after you ran FastActivate.
2. This is correct. Each map has it's own folder.

1. Not. Meta.txt the files are not in folders and Iberia. I have the files .dct
2. Yes. I have two records in France and Iberia tomtom XL.

Why my TT recognize the card in France and Iberia not the option: Show version? I did that France_905_4799 card and it works. I do not understand anything ...

Thank you for your advice.

If you are referring to Main Menu, Status & Information, Version Information, it will only show the active map. Switch to the Iberia map & it will be displayed in Version Information.

Thank you for your answer.
The problem is that I can not bring up the map on my TT Iberia. I ask MADRID, does not exist because the card is not recognized Iberia. I have 2 folders but only France and Iberia France is usable ...

I embettant I know but you are so nice ...

Typing in "Madrid" won't help you!
You have to switch the to Iberia map in the menu first - Tendriver explained it in the posting above yours.

As long as you have all working now and are happy... ;)
So fighting with online translators can be worth it :)
