The help you want is all here to be found.

It would be advisable if you would study the information first and then start asking questions about specific things.
You're giving us far too little information which enables us just what info you need.

I have to agree here...
First thing of learning new stuff is to read about it and all the information you need is provided.
Noone can help you if you don't understand the terms and have no clue what we are talking about.

EVERY Navitotal map thread has instructions on using the compatibility chart to select the right map, then how to download it, unzip it, install it & patch it.

Yeah, I would not be that much surprised if you would own a VDO Dayton navigational device and not a TomTom.

One would expect to receive some more information in order to be enabled to start envisioning some possible corrective actions.
