Euro truck map size?

Hi

Is it possible to delete parts of the latest Europe truck map which I don't need. As I only need UK and Ireland details.
is this possible?

yes I have seen this topic.
removing these items make you lose features of the tomtom. What I was looking for was a way of removing parts of the euro map. So all the features for the UK still work.
