download problem

Hello Tendriver,

In the last two days I cannot donwlod tom tom map. The interface changed and when I click slow download nothing happen and I an sent back to up page.

Please could you help me explaining what I have to do

What do you mean by "the interface changed"? And what map(s)?

hello nabi,

when I arrive at the page to download the file I see the new interface "welcome to the new version of File Factory". Then I click on slow download and I am sent back to up page, before I clicked on the slow download and the timer started. The map is Europe 9.15 5110 but that happen with all the map.

I don't understand what I have to do

same problem here. linksave and filefactory not compatiable anymore.
I have premium account . I can login via Filefactory but when I takes me through linksave it wont login anymore.

The specific link is via linksave. I always used this this link without any problem. Now what I have to do ? What kind of procedure I have to do ?

It is nice that you always used that link with no problem, but that still does not help nor does it give us the link itself!

Make sure you are using the correct password.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Temp work around: RIGHT click on the red "Slow Download" button. Left click "Properties". Copy the "Address". Paste the address into your brower's address window. Click Enter. LEFT click on the red "Slow Download" button. Now you should see a 60 second countdown timer. Use this procedure on the remaining parts.
