Oops, my question does not concern the 6174 maps but the answer is probably about the same.

1. My question is which countries do these two maps contain and can they be used separately?
Central and Eastern Europe Zone 1 950 6492 [862MB]
Central and Eastern Europe Zone 2 950 6492 [859MB]

2. What is the difference with this map: Central and Eastern Europe 950 6492 [1191MB]

6492 indicate that all three maps have the same features so what explains the (861+859) - 1191 = 1720 - 1191 = 529 MB size difference?

EDIT:
ANSWER 1.
