920 Truck map for devices limited to 2GB of storage

A bit late, but better than not all:

Limitations as last time: No POI's, no CS Speech, no fancy looking map - just the barest minimum to get the navigation working.
There won't be much space left with the Navcore, so deal with the limitations

Guys, if you have no idea how to download files or activate maps - get this knowledge first before posting useless comments.
The links work fine and the truck feature work as they should - if you would activate the map correctly that is....

And even for noobs:
Dead or missing links are to be reported by PM to the uploader!
