could someone please help me and tell me what map, navcore,ect i need to update my tomtom one xl united kingdom and ireland please please

You've done a 730 already, so it should be no problem to find the current map thread and in it the map you seek.
Same for the Navcore: there is a dedicated section for it and more than enough threads about the XL and Navcores.
All it takes is a little bit of reading ;)
