Of course you can, if you have a suitable device.
TT does not cover it, if you want to use a Garmin map than you need a Garmin device, there is no mixing possible.

I would like to ask how can have the map of Jordan for TOMTOM XL ???????is it possible to use alternative map for Jordan for other devices ???????????? please help

If TT has no coverage for that area you won't find a map you can use on your TT.
For other devices, seek info at the websites of the map suppliers.

The only Middle East map covers Bahrain, KWT, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, but not Jordan.
