tomtom go 730 with truck map wont work

hi i have got a tomtom go 730 and downloaded latest map 890-4266 tried all sorts of things but cannot get it to activate need help thanks.

You are probably running the wrong navcore to suit truck maps
Garmin Zumo 660LM + Latest Firmware & Maps

Finally got the map to work but it doesnt give me the options to select height width length and weight
checked navcore version and its 9.430
can anyone help

Congrats!! Suggestion. Put your Truck navcore with the Truck map on a SDHC card & keep 9.430 plus any other maps on the internal.
