navcore 9.4 and 885_4097 maps

navcore 9.4 and 885_4097 maps

I just updated my XL IQ Routes to 9.4 and installed the latest map 885_4097 map and I get this error:

Problem with Map. You cannot use this map on this device: USA_CANADA_and_Mexico_P-539

I used fastactivate and everything reported correctly. I also noticed in TomTom home it shows the map as Not being activated.

How can I fix this please?
